One global operating board for goods, cash, stores and people.
GoGoPop V5 connects supplier product master → purchase contract → export → international transit → import → inland delivery → multi-warehouse inventory → store replenishment, while finance and expansion gates prevent growth from outrunning cash, stock or people.
End-to-end operating chain
Each order has a destination country and destination warehouse before the contract/PO is released.
Supplier maintains product master, photos, pack specs, barcode, licenses and certificates.
Select SKUs, quantities and special requirements. Generate contract and deposit gate.
Factory cargo-ready, export docs, booking, origin clearance and loading.
Vessel/air movement, ETD/ETA variance, transfer and document arrival.
Destination document gate, customs/broker terminal and release clock.
Port/airport pickup, drayage, receiving appointment, lot/bin put-away.
Four expansion gates
A new store/country should not move faster than cash, supply chain, warehouse capacity and trained people.
90-day committed cash coverage acceptable.
Core assortment coverage above minimum.
Houston reaches 83% within 60 days.
Need 6 more store-ready managers for planned openings.
Today’s control tower
Only exceptions requiring management action appear here.
Allergen declaration missing; export release remains blocked.
Includes on-hand + confirmed inbound for next 45 days.
8 planned openings; only 5 managers fully certified.
Finance & cash-flow control
Manage the whole board: cash available, cash committed, receivables, country/store operating costs and 30/60/90-day funding balance.
14 shipments / pre-ship cases
International + import cases
58 active direct stores
22 projects, milestone-based
Country financial board
Clicking one country in the top filter would narrow every ERP module to that country.
| Country | Stores | Direct / Franchise | Cash | 30D Inflow | 30D Payables | Store Rent / Mo. | Warehouse / Mo. | Net 30D |

Direct-store operating P&L
Direct stores require deeper cost control because rent, payroll and local operating expenses sit on HQ/country books.

People & expansion pipeline
Expansion depends on people who can run stores and train the next layer. Track how many people each country is developing and how many new stores that talent base can safely support.
Talent replication path
The objective is not only to hire; it is to create people who can open and stabilize the next store.
Country people capacity vs expansion plan

Supplier & product master
The supplier record is only the parent. The real operating object is the single SKU master that follows the product through purchase, customs, warehouse, store sales and customer feedback.

Contract orders & purchase-order control
Once both parties sign and the deposit is confirmed, the order becomes an execution timeline. Every milestone and document is tied to the same PO number.
Purchase order execution board

Factory promised Sep 10 • final quantity / lot list due Sep 09
ETD Sep 12 • Yokohama → Houston • booking reference YML-88401
Invoice, packing list, B/L draft, certificate package required before broker handoff. Allergen declaration still missing.
Automatically released when required document gate turns green.
Export control
Origin-country execution after the purchase contract: cargo-ready date, export documents, booking, origin clearance and loading.
PO-JP-260901-18 — Japan export timeline
Supplier → Yokohama → Houston DC. Planned ETD Sep 12.
Draft v3 checked against PO value and SKU quantities.
Carton count / gross-net weight reconciled.
Current signed document still missing.
Prepared by exporter / appointed origin broker.
International transit
Track freight between export loading and destination arrival. ETA drift automatically updates warehouse inbound planning and cash timing.
Shipment board
Every movement remains linked to PO, SKU lots, destination warehouse and import case.

ETA impact
A freight delay is not only a logistics event; it changes store stock risk and future cash requirements.
Thailand → Italy delay lowers IT-MXP-01 projected cover from 21 to 16 days on 7 SKUs.
Watch3 Milano stores may require an earlier substitute replenishment from another warehouse.
PlanImport duty and inland freight payment shift 4 days; finance forecast updates automatically.
UpdatedImport & destination customs
Destination-country rule engine, arrival documents, customs filing and release. The customs/broker terminal receives only assigned cases and approved data.
Destination data checked against approved product master.
Validity checked against shipment ETA.
Invoice, packing list, B/L, COO, declarations.
USA compliance checklist awaiting final signed allergen file.
Case passes to broker only after internal green gate.
Problems should be fixed before cargo leaves origin where possible.
Broker receives complete data and documents.
Arrival, filing, inspection and release timestamps recorded.
Warehouse appointment and drayage/road delivery become the next controlled process.
Inland delivery to warehouse
After import release, control port/airport pickup, carrier, appointment, proof of delivery and warehouse receiving.

Carrier, driver, truck/container and pickup timestamp.
Destination warehouse, dock and receiving slot.
Arrival, seal condition, pallet/carton count.
Production/expiry dates, quantity variance and bin put-away.
Multi-warehouse inventory control
One country can have multiple warehouses. Inventory planning must combine today’s stock, confirmed inbound, pre-ship POs and forecast demand gap.

Store lifecycle & operating network
Direct and franchise stores use the same operating inventory/replenishment logic. The commercial/payment relationship differs, especially the franchise “pay before release” rule.
| Store / Project | Country | Type | Lifecycle | Current Stage | Warehouse | Operating / Financial Rule | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Houston Airport #05 | USA | Franchise | New Store | Contract negotiation | US-HOU-01 | Opening stock credit max $3,000 | |
| Milano School #04 | Italy | Direct | New Store | Decoration | IT-MXP-01 | HQ cash budget / capex controlled | |

| Milano Centrale #02 | Italy | Franchise | Active | Operating | IT-MXP-01 | Prepaid goods; pickup allowed | |
| Madrid Metro #01 | Spain | Franchise | Closing | Inventory return / final settlement | ES-MAD-01 | No new replenishment; close account after stock reconciliation |
New-store opening process
Every prospective store stays visible before opening, instead of appearing only after it becomes an operating store.
Franchise payment control
Store places replenishment → HQ confirms order value → franchise pays → finance confirms funds → warehouse releases.
HQ may approve a limited initial stock credit amount for expansion. Limit, expiry date and outstanding amount are controlled in the store record.
Keep cross-settlement minimal: membership fees should preferably be paid directly to HQ. Mascot merchandise is delivered as HQ stock to the store; if the store sells on behalf of HQ, only that consignment balance is settled separately.
Store replenishment & delivery control
All stores submit replenishment demand. Franchise orders require payment confirmation before warehouse release unless an approved opening-stock credit balance is available.
Three fulfillment methods
Franchise/direct store collects from assigned warehouse after release.
HQ fleet / internal delivery route.
3PL / local carrier delivers under assigned route.

Suggested quantity logic
Country expansion
A new country is itself an opening project: entity/partner, warehouse, people, supplier/import readiness, site pipeline and initial store economics.
🇺🇸 USA
Operating48 stores • 2 warehouses • 112 staff. Next 90d: 8 openings.
🇮🇹 Italy
Operating36 stores • Lombardy warehouse • 84 staff. Next 90d: 5 openings.
🇯🇵 Japan
Operating24 stores • Tokyo warehouse • 51 staff. Next 90d: 3 openings.
🇦🇺 Australia
PreparationPartner search + import structure + warehouse shortlist + first 3 sites.
Australia launch project
Same stage logic as a new store, but at country level.
Operating structure and decision rights.
Near-market warehouse capacity and route economics.
Destination rules, broker and tax/import setup.
Country preparation cannot release first-store construction unless startup funding + 90-day working capital + warehouse/inventory cash are secured.
Reports, alerts & expansion-speed risk
Risk is not only stock or late suppliers. The ERP must also detect when expansion is moving faster than cash, inventory, warehouse capacity or people.
Expansion-speed meter
Current plan is approaching the upper end of the steady-growth range.
Management alerts
Do not sign all opening dates before manager pipeline catches up.
Inbound + opening stock demand will compress capacity within 60 days.
New commitments should be released by milestone, not all at once.
Resolve before freight and warehouse schedules are affected.
Global / HQ roles
Four functional seats operate globally. TOP / Super Admin remains above them with unrestricted visibility and permission control.
Global operating administration, people, country rollout, approvals and cross-functional oversight.
Cash, payments, receivables/payables, direct-store P&L, rent, payroll and global cash forecast.
PO visibility, warehouse stock, picking, replenishment, dispatch, inland delivery and capacity.
Supplier documents, export, transit, import/customs, broker cases and port-to-warehouse milestones.
Country roles
Every country repeats the same four-seat structure. Example: Italy users can never open USA, Japan or global consolidated data.
Broadest country-level operating access. Manages local execution, people and stores, but cannot alter HQ master data.
Country bank/cash, approved payments, rent, payroll, local payables, store financials and cash planning.
Local warehouse orders, inventory, receiving, picking, shipping, self-pickup and delivery execution.
Local import/customs cases, required documents, broker handoff, clearance clock and inland handoff.
Permission matrix
RW = can execute/change within authorized scope. RO = can view only. — = no access.

Country sees the approved SKU, $1/$2/$3 retail tier and local franchise price, but cannot rewrite the HQ source record.
Country teams can use the approved record and add local execution status; they cannot change supplier identity or HQ contractual source fields.
15% HQ franchise margin policy is centrally controlled. Local landed cost creates country price differences without local users changing the margin rule.
Finance records approved country payments, rent, payroll and local operating cash within its own country.
Receiving, put-away, picking, shipment and local replenishment execution can be updated by the authorized warehouse role.
Country import role updates declaration status, broker handoff, clearance timing and inland delivery milestones for its own country.
